This happens all the time for a variety of reasons, maybe the card is expired, was reported lost/stolen, was replaced by the bank, insufficient funds….sometimes for no reason at all the system just can’t process it. Unfortunately our system isn’t set up yet to give automatic access to correct the problem. Just sit back and relax, I promise we’re still bringing you some awesome produce this week. In the next few days we’ll send you an email letting you know why the card declined and we’ll forward a secure link where you can submit your new payment information.
